Key information about the church...

What about children and young people?

We have a fantastic programme for children and young people at the 1030 Gathered Service:

Adventure is our group for 0-4s
Discover is for children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Explore is for children in Years 3-5

Connect is for young people in Years 6-8
Encounter is for young people in Years 9-13

In the 10:30 service young people stay with their adults at the start of the service as we worship together for the first part of the morning. Our children’s and families’ coordinator will announce when the young people need to go to their groups and will explain where they go. You will need to go with your children to sign them in, and with Connect and Encounter the first time to register them.

For more information about what happens in the children's work please visit the Children's Ministry page.

What's the music like?

It changes depending on the service but modern and contemporary is the way to think of it. Guitars, drums, pianos, that kind of thing; we're blessed with a number of fantastic musicians and we love to sing, dance and praise God. We have some older hymns too, but they're done in a lively way on modern instruments.

Is the church accessible to my needs?

The church building is wheelchair accessible. We have a hearing loop installed. All communion is non-alcoholic and gluten free. All text appears on screen in a large, readable format. If you have further needs then let us know and we'll be happy to do all we can to make church a comfortable environment for you.
